The register of findings
Findings, not verdicts. Every badge marks an observable pattern in the public record and cites its evidence and time window on hover. The colours mean things: red is capability pointed at you, amber is a pattern worth caution, grey is context. Badges that need a loss-by-loss reading (cyno, bait, corp history, age) appear on full dossiers only; the fleet table works from summary statistics and does not pretend otherwise.
Capability
What the record shows they can field. Proven by losses — nobody loses a hull class they do not fly.
- Covert cynoDied with a covert cynosural field generator fitted. Where they go, black ops battleships follow. Burns red for six months after the last such loss, amber to two years, then files as history.
- Cyno fittedDied with a standard cyno fitted. May be bait, may be logistics. The distinction matters briefly.
- Cyno flaggedzKillboard's summary labels mark cyno-fitted losses on their record. Shown on fleet scans, where the Ministry reads summaries; the full dossier reads the fits themselves and files the precise badge.
- Black OpsHas flown and lost a Black Ops battleship, indicating access to the hull and probable familiarity with covert-cyno operations.
- HIC pilotHas flown and lost a heavy interdictor. Your warp drive is their hobby.
- Recon pilotHas flown and lost recon cruisers, some of which do not appear on D-scan by design.
- Capital pilotHas lost a capital-class ship, or landed kills from one; either way, the record shows access to a capital-class ship. Freighters and Rorquals count; the Ministry files all whales together.
Behavioural pattern
How the record shows they behave. Statistical, windowed, and stated with its thresholds.
- Bait patternScores kills while flying industrial or mining hulls. Nobody ganks from a Procurer by accident.
- DangerouszKillboard danger ratio of 50+ across at least 10 kills.
- Solo hunter40%+ of kills flown alone, across at least 10 kills.
- Corp hopperFour or more player-corp stints under 60 days within two years. Recruiters may wish to ask questions.
Activity and context
Where the record places them. Context, not accusation.
- Very active25+ kills in the last three months.
- NewbroCharacter is under 90 days old. Be gentle, or don't.
- NPC corpNo player corporation. Either very new, very cautious, or very done.
- BiomassedResident of Doomheim. Threat level: philosophical.
Personal filing

- WatchlistYou starred this pilot in this browser. The Ministry assumes you had reasons.
Limits of observation
Public records are incomplete, historical, and occasionally misleading. No badge means “not found in the examined record,” not “incapable.” Unsubmitted killmails do not appear; old behaviour may fall outside the analysed window; associations are historical indicators, not proof of present coordination. The Ministry reports the file it can read, not the future it cannot.
